Client Inspection Report
Access to your inspection reports will be available here through the end of May, 2026.
To access your report, you will enter your password. Your password should be the house number of your address. For example, if your address is 123 Maple Dr., your password would be 123.
If you are unable to locate your report by your house number, please call our office (until 4/15/26), or email (until May 31, 2026) and we will be happy to make your report accessible. Emails will go to greg@simsinspections.com. Please include your name, as it was on the report, and your address. We will get back with you as soon as possible.
