Since this may be your first experience with ordering a home inspection, we want to make sure that you have a complete understanding of both the process we will follow when inspecting the home and the final product that you will receive, the Inspection Report. Please read on and follow these two easy steps.
- As the Client, please carfeully read and sign our Pre-Inspection Agreement. It is a general description of what we do and don't do. Reading it will help you to know what to expect. We cannot schedule your inspection until we know you have signed. Click here to go to the Pre-Inspection Agreement document.
- On the day of your inspection you will be able to receive your Inspection Report at this website after 7 PM central time that evening. You may either click here on View Inspection Report, or access it from the Home Page. Then, type in the password that we have given you (numbers only, no words), click "Submit", and follow the prompts to get your report. It is just that easy!
